CRM Technical Architect – KCW11/17

The Role:

The key responsibilities of the CRM Technical Architect will be that of supporting the delivery teams to ensure project deliverables are met. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting pre-sales activities
  • Ensuring delivery of technical solutions
  • Supporting CRM team members as a Subject Matter Expert, this includes code reviews and ensuring that quality standards are met

Requirements

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM API’s and web services
  • Design and develop data migrations into CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A good command of English
  • Ability to work quickly and under tight delivery deadlines, with a focus on detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Scribe, XML and XSL will be considered an asset
  • Any experience of portal development for Dynamics CRM would be advantageous
