Marketing Coordinator – KCW-UK04/17
To succeed in this role, you will need to be skilled at operating between strategic, operational and tactical levels, as the Marketing Coordinator is the sole marketing presence in the UK. You will need to have a thorough understanding of the ERP & CRM marketplace, as well as Microsoft’s evolution in this market to effectively develop the strategies and identify the right opportunities for KPMG Crimsonwing to be a leader in this space.
As you will be required to communicate at many levels – to the board, clients and more junior team members – you will not be afraid to constructively challenge the status quo, using your strong influencing and negotiation skills to achieve the best results.
— Develops and implements the corporate strategy in the local market with Head of Marketing;
— Responsible for local marketing planning, research, budget, and PR policy;
— Responsible for managing, executing and reporting on all local marketing campaigns;
— Creates and implements local value propositions for distribution through multiple marketing channels including the appointment of local target groups;
— Develops and executes the internal communications programme;
— Creates content & nurtures marketing strategy and coordinates content contributors;
— Manages local brand guidelines and implements these, also responsible for ensuring that all KPMG Crimsonwing UK team members adhere to these guidelines;
— Manages and collaborates with international marketing projects to meet the objectives of the global strategic Microsoft / KPMG alliance;
— Responsible for sales coordination including tender preparation and management of confidential client information.
Experience, Qualification and Personal Qualities:
— Minimum 5 years of marketing & communications experience with a minimum of 3 years B2B and IT Marketing experience;
— A background in marketing Microsoft solutions, specifically the Microsoft Dynamics suite (both ERP & CRM) – minimum 3 years;
— Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft business solutions eco-system;
— Must be able to demonstrate ability to go between strategic, operational and tactical skills successfully;
— Experience in working in a regulated environment;
— Experience in working with a Big 4 company;
— International experience and remote coordination of people;
— Experience with brand policy management;
— Experience in marketing and community-building in specific industries, including print and membership organisations;
— Copywriting and experience developing and managing an editorial calendar that includes a variety of content types including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars;
— A minimum of 2 years of event planning experience including ideation through to follow up;
— Experience with tender and proposal preparation;
— Experience working directly with clients to develop content and joint programmes;
— CMS skills – A minimum of 3 years of WordPress experience;
— Experience with using marketing automation tools integrated with Dynamics CRM, preferably ClickDimensions;
— Experience with managing full scale website redesign;
— Experience with executing and communicating a brand refresh, including the management of new template materials to end users;
— Experience with developing and managing an internal communications programme;
— Knowledge of online marketing, tactics and best practices, including email marketing, analytics, SEO/SEM, developing content for lead generation purposes.
— Self-starting, proactive and ambitious;
— Minimum Bachelor degree;
— Strong coordination and project management skills;
— Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and spoken;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Capable of adapting to and succeeding in a rapidly-changing environment.

15th March 2017. Salary will range between £47,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits.
