The quality management system is applicable to the provision of software solutions, software development and support services. This is a display of the company’s continued emphasis on exceptional quality that distinguishes them in a highly competitive marketplace.
During the 2016 renewal audit – apart from the revision of the processes for quality planning, resourcing, monitoring and improvement – various project/service samples were taken from the different business units to ensure that the company’s solutions and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is steadily improved.

The ISO 9001 standards ensure that products and services always meet customers’ requirements and that the overall quality is constantly improved. Renewal audits take place once every three years, whilst surveillance audits take place yearly to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 certification.
