The client, a fully-owned subsidiary of Malta International Airport plc, offers Grade A office space for rent, tailored to the individual needs of international high profile companies choosing to base themselves in Malta. In order to start up and run its business efficiently, they needed a solution that would facilitate the management of leasing different spaces, whilst allowing efficient running of regular servicing and preventive maintenance. The solution needed to have one interface for all users, to be fully integrated with Microsoft Office, and to provide various reporting features.
