KPMG Crimsonwing is proud to announce it has once again successfully achieved the ISO 9001 certification renewal granted by Intertek Moody International, for the Provision of Software Solutions, Software Development, and Support Services. ISO 9001 is the international Standard against which the Quality Management System of a business is evaluated, and is intended to demonstrate that a business can provide a consistent standard of quality in the goods and services it provides to its customers.
The KPMG Crimsonwing Quality Management System (QMS) was formalised and implemented way back in 2003. Following this successful implementation, KPMG Crimsonwing was first accredited with the ISO 9001 Certificate in January 2004. This renewed certification is valid for the period 2013 through to 2016. Surveillance audits are held annually by the certification body, whilst the renewal process is undertaken every three years.
This renewal involved the auditing of sample projects of all of KPMG Crimsonwing’s Business Units, including eBusiness, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Bespoke Solutions and Support, as well as the standard audit for HR, Infrastructure, Work Environment and Quality Management. The certification ensures KPMG Crimsonwing’s customers that high-quality processes are maintained throughout the company and all its projects.
The cornerstone of KPMG Crimsonwing is the concept of working together with the client for mutual benefit and satisfactory project delivery. ISO 9001 provides a framework for KPMG Crimsonwing management to address customer focus, adhere to strict project management guidelines, and pursue continuous performance improvement.
