Oracle together with KPMG Crimsonwing, member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, held an ‘Oracle Security Inside Out’ business breakfast, on March 11th, at Le Meridien Hotel & SPA St. Julians. The conference was narrowly scoped and tailored for the local iGaming companies and consultancy focusing on the sector.
The session kicked off with an overview of day‐to‐day Information Security Challenges and evolved into ISO related IT audits, Internal and External security issues, namely: Identity and Access Management and Information Rights Management, and winded down with an outline of Oracle’s approach to address such problematic yet exceedingly important areas.
James Bonello, Managing Director at KPMG Crimsonwing commented “The event was well received by the iGaming community, especially since IT security and privacy issues can lead to catastrophic data loss. KPMG Crimsonwing cooperates with Oracle, the security leader, to provide its customers with the industry’s most secure solutions that meet their information protection and privacy needs.”
“For more than 25 years, Oracle ensures security inside the data center and beyond, and this is the reason why organizations around the globe rely on Oracle’s security products. Oracle’s experts along with KPMG Crimsonwing are here to make sure that Maltese business data is secure and available to the right people at the right moment” commented Michael J Balzan, Business Development Manager & Country Leader of Oracle Malta.

Oracle’s ability to secure not just the Oracle database, applications, and middleware, but also all the leading enterprise applications and platforms (including SAP, IBM Web Sphere and others) enables customers to leverage and protect their existing investments.
